As a Senior Product Manager at TrueBlue You will work with the business to identify, translate, and prioritize business capabilities, services, and solutions into roadmaps, serve as the voice of the business, and ensures viable and competitive products/solutions. In this high visibility position the primary focus is on the needs of the business and provides an opportunity to make a major impact to enable the company’s strategic goals and objectives. What you’ll do Define “what” the business needs to succeed and grow. Develop product vision, mission, strategy, and plans that support the strategic business objectives. Provide strategic direction for the product; Define, develop, and implement strategic and tactical business plans with input from all stakeholders in the process. Participate with business planning by providing operational and product insight and technology plans. Create, maintain, and evangelize product roadmaps Prioritize services, capabilities, and requirements, and serve as the voice of the customer, worker, market, and back office for business decisions. Partner with the technology team to identify, prioritize, implement, and educate the user on limitations/solutions/options for the assigned/created product. Analyze and assess gaps of existing services, capabilities, analytics, and features. Ensure enterprise alignment on product capabilities and requirements. What you bring to the table At least 7 years experience with strategic planning and/or product management and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration; or equivalent combination of education and product management work experience. Experience with managing both internally developed and third party third party ERP and Financial Systems.. Experience delivering first-generation products or services in a proprietary and/or SaaS-based business model. Significant success in development of new or existing product strategies from conception to implementation. Experience with managing both Operational and Functional applications Technical proficiency to partner with internal software teams and third party vendors. Agile Certified Product Management (ACPM) a plus. Certifications across shared services applications (CRM, ERP, BI, etc.) a plus; in governance a plus; in change management a plus.
