As a Telecom Engineer II Working at our Corporate headquarters in Tacoma you will support near and long term requirements of TrueBlue's telecommunications services including but not limited to Voice and Data services, Unified Communications, Voice over IP, Legacy PBX, Audio and Video Conferencing and Contact Centers. What you’ll do Move/Add/Change/Delete for Cisco Unified Communications Infrastructure – CUCM, Unity, IM&P, PCCE Manage SLAs ensuring that customer exceptions are met Resolve high volume of incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements and escalate where appropriate Coordinate Telecommunications functional area with project managers and teams to meet and exceed goals and timelines Provide end-user training of telecommunications features and functionality or coordinates vendor training Communicate and coordinate with other technology groups as necessary Serve as a liaison with Telecom carriers (voice, data & wireless) and vendors for new orders, moves/changes and disconnects On-call, weekend, and after-hours will be required What you bring to the table Associate Degree and at least 3 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). At least 3 years of experience maintaining Avaya PBX environment, Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) Experience maintaining Cisco Call Unity Connection (CUC) Knowledge of UCCE/PCCE, CVP, Finesse, Calabrio, VistaPoint – highly desirable Experience with Cisco Unified Communications 10.X 8x8 or related VOIP experience is a huge plus I3 experience is a big plus Experience with a multi-unit and geographically disbursed organization As a TrueBlue employee you can Make a difference in other peoples’ lives.
